Returns

You can return products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the shipment. Please send an email requesting a return to our Customer Service Department at: elan.customercare@gmail.com.

Please ensure that the returned products are in "like new" condition, carefully packed in their original packaging (such as a box, etc.), and properly secured. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full refund if the returned products are damaged.

The return shipping fee depends on the carrier. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer product exchanges.

Complaints

We ensure that our clothing is of the highest quality. However, if the product you purchased has a defect, you can always file a complaint.
